CCMC 119

Good morning, Friends! It's Thursday and that means another challenge at Create with Connie and Mary! This week they are offering a sketch challenge - my favorite challenge! And I am in love with this sketch! So clean. So simple. And yet it stretches me because I don't usually do square cards. My friend, Sherry, says she loves doing square cards so I do hope that she participates in this challenge (hint, hint - Sherry :) So here is the sketch...

Isn't it great! And here is my card...

I really do like the way it turned out. I got my color combination from the new Color Coach. I wanted to use something other than Christmas but still stay true to the season. And I thought that these colors were more fall-like. I kept the card pretty basic and simple. And yet it is still elegant.

So, now it is your turn! Time for you to head over to Create with Connie and Mary to get more inspiration from the design team and then create your project. Upload it to their site and I will be taking a look at it! And you just might be their top three pick of the week!! Thanks for stopping by and have a super day!

Card Recipe: Stamps- Simple Friendship; Paper- Baja Breeze, Basic Black, Cherry Cobbler, Very Vanilla; Ink- Basic Black, Baja Breeze; Accessories- Basic Black satin ribbon, scallop square die, itty bitty punch pack, basic pearls, dimensionals
