Simple Thank You

Good morning everyone! I hope that your first day of February was great! I know a lot of school districts around the country had the day off due to a lot of snow. We still have school because we do not have any snow. And that is o.k. with me. However, we are freezing around here! The temperature is in the teens and there is quite a wind blowing outside which makes it even colder! So it is nice to have a fire going on inside!! And in a little while, I get to have a massage! Ahhhh!! She always has the blankets so nice and warm!

Today's card was one that I started for a sketch challenge. But then, as I got going, it turned into something quite different and I never entered it into the challenge because it was so different than the original sketch - lol! But I really liked the way it turned out! And it is really easy! I got to use the new Tulip Frame embossing folder. And the way I found easiest to use is to emboss a piece of cardstock and then cut around it and glue it to your card. It was really hard for me to get it straight when I tried to emboss the entire card. You may get it straight but I sure couldn't. And when you look at my card you really can't tell that I did it that way. Cool! Thanks for stopping by and have a super day!
