PPA 218

Good morning, Friends! Well, Monday came and went and I lived to tell about it - lol! I survived so now it's time to get through the rest of the week. I can do this! I think I am a little more caught up and will be able to feel a little more organized this week. It rained yesterday and last night and is supposed to rain some more. Wow! We usually don't get this much rain but it sure is nice! I'm loving the cooler weather!

Today's card was inspired by the sketch at CAS(E) this Sketch and the color palette at Pals Paper Arts. So I pulled out the beautiful Four Feathers stamp set and got to work!

  • Card base is Hello Honey
  • Cut a piece of Blackberry Bliss the shape you want it and use the Feathers framelits to cut the feather shapes
  • Stamp the two feather images onto Hello Honey card stock using Hello Honey ink and cut out using the Feathers framelits
  • Adhere the feathers to the card base using the Blackberry Bliss panel as a placement guide
  • Adhere the Blackberry Bliss panel to the card with dimensionals
  • Stamp the greeting from Four You onto a strip of Crumb Cake using Blackberry Bliss ink and flag the end
  • Tie a piece of linen thread through a gold basic metal button and where to card
Thanks for stopping by and have a super day!

  1. Super card! The feathers are a perfect touch. I just got that stamp set myself and now you've inspired me to play with it. Thanks for playing with the pals this week in the color challenge.

  2. Love the feathers and how they just " pop" right out on the Blackberry Bliss card stock! This is a nice card for any occasion! Thanks for sharing it at the Pals Paper Arts this week!
