Today's card was an experiment. I wanted to see what this stamp would look like embossed on vellum and then sponged with color behind it. I think it came out o.k. Not my favorite but it's not terrible. Here are the details:
- Card base is Crumb Cake
- I adhered a piece of Fresh Prints designer paper to a piece of Whisper White (both the same size) together
- Stamp the flower image from Blooming Kindness onto a piece of vellum that has been flagged at the bottom using VersaMark and emboss with white emboss powder
- On the back of the vellum piece, use a sponge dauber and Coastal Cabana ink to apply color
- Adhere the vellum piece to the dsp by using mini brads in the top corners
- Tie a piece of Crumb Cake 3/8" taffeta ribbon around the panel and then adhere to card base with dimensionals
- Stamp the greeting from Blooming Kindness in black StazOn onto the card
Thanks for stopping by and have a super day!
