Daffodil Delight

Good morning, everyone! I hope that your week has been great so far! We are warming up nicely out here in the desert! It is really going to get HOT today!! But I guess it is summer and it is supposed to do that. Nick is going to have a friend over today so that will leave me a lot of time to do what I need to do. Like laundry, clean the bathroom and stamp! I think I can handle that!! And then later tonight it is more baseball practice. It's kind of nice that we can drop him off, go have a nice dinner and then come back to watch a little of it. Free babysitting!! And Nick is having a great time! We did promise him that we would watch it tonight.

Today's card started from a sketch that I had in one of my notebooks. It didn't end up like the sketch. As I went along, I started doing other things to the card. It's not my favorite but it isn't bad, either. I really like the new core color, Daffodil Delight. I think it is the first bright yellow I have liked. Thanks for stopping by and have a super day!
