Good Sunday morning, Friends! I hope you all are having a super weekend! We are having some super fall days around here! Yesterday's soccer game was stinky! Well, the boys played pretty good but the team that scores the most goals wins and we didn't win and that's the part that was stinky. It's just frustrating when they play so well but can't win. Oh well. There is always next weekend. Last night some of the boys from his baseball team went to a haunted house. So we took him to meet them and Pat ended up going in with them (some other parents went in, too). I stayed in the car! I am not into haunted houses. I did one once a long time ago and it still haunts me! So this morning, Nick has early baseball practice and then we are going to see if Tim Tebow can carry the Broncos to a win!
Today's card started from Karen Giron's sketch. The sketch was from last week. I just couldn't make the three little flags work for this card so I just left them off and altered the sketch. I think it turned out all right in the end. Thanks for stopping by and have a super day!

Monkey 78
Good morning, Friends! Another week is flying by! I can't believe that it is almost Wednesday! This week ends the first quarter of the school year and so we have had a little "down" time with the studies (once he decided to finish up all of his projects). And no school on Friday! Yes, I am looking forward to that, too - lol!
For today's card, I decided to try a sketch at A La Card Monkey. They have some fun sketches and challenges but I just never seem to get around to playing along. So I thought now is a good time! The sketch is nice and simple with a Halloween theme. Perfect - since I am trying to make as many cards as I can with this borrowed set! I also tried to incorporate the LNS 1-2-3 challenge (1 stamp set, 2 embellishments - 2 rhinestones, and 3 colors). Hope you are inspired, too! Thanks for stopping by and have a super day!
Card Recipe: Stamps- House of Haunts; Paper- Old Olive, Daffodil Delight, Basic Black; Ink- Basic Black, Daffodil Delight; Accessories- Spider Web embossing folder, basic rhinestones, ovals die, sponge, dimensionals

FMS 6
Good morning, Friends! I hope your week has gotten off to a great start! I feel exhausted already! I was able to get some stamping time in yesterday and actually made some cards! We will see if that works again today...
Today's card was inspired by the sketch at Freshly Made Sketches. And I just realized that it is too late to enter my card. Oh well. It was still a fun sketch! My friend, Becky, loaned me this stamp set. I have always liked it but never seemed to put it on my order. It is nice to have another Halloween set to play with. So what do you do when a friend loans you a stamp? You make a ton of cards with it!! And that's what I did. So there will be lots more to see! Another fun thing about this card is that it fits the Late Night Stampers 1-2-3 challenge. That means we are supposed to use 1 stamp set, 2 embellishments and 3 colors (neutrals don't count unless it is one of your main color choices). A super fun challenge! Thanks for stopping by and have a super day!
Card Recipe: Stamps- House of Haunts; Paper- Cajun Craze, Basic Black, Basic Gray; Ink- Basic Black, Cajun Craze; Accessories- Basic Black taffeta ribbon, extra large oval punch, scallop edge border punch, glimmer brad, Stripes embossing folder, sponge, dimensionals
