Monkey 78

Good morning, Friends! Another week is flying by! I can't believe that it is almost Wednesday! This week ends the first quarter of the school year and so we have had a little "down" time with the studies (once he decided to finish up all of his projects). And no school on Friday! Yes, I am looking forward to that, too - lol! 

For today's card, I decided to try a sketch at A La Card Monkey. They have some fun sketches and challenges but I just never seem to get around to playing along. So I thought now is a good time! The sketch is nice and simple with a Halloween theme. Perfect - since I am trying to make as many cards as I can with this borrowed set! I also tried to incorporate the LNS 1-2-3 challenge (1 stamp set, 2 embellishments - 2 rhinestones, and 3 colors). Hope you are inspired, too! Thanks for stopping by and have a super day!

Card Recipe: Stamps- House of Haunts; Paper- Old Olive, Daffodil Delight, Basic Black; Ink- Basic Black, Daffodil Delight; Accessories- Spider Web embossing folder, basic rhinestones, ovals die, sponge, dimensionals

    What an awesome card Debra! Congrats on being a Monkey Princess this week. I loved the silhouette of the tree against the so saffron oval.........really stood out!
