Awash With Doodling

Good morning, Friends! It looks like it is going to be a beautiful day! The forecast called for rain but I don't think it will. We have to travel to Basalt today for a double header (soccer). Nick is looking forward to the traveling part. And really likes to play soccer, too. Last season we only traveled twice and I think that we will only have to travel twice this season as well. He feels all grown up because he "travels" to play games. It's pretty cute. In June he will be trying out for more "elite" teams and if he makes those top teams then we will be traveling! Like to Arizona! So we will see. The two teams that we are playing are a whole year older than our boys so I hope they are ready to get a little physical.

Today's card was inspired by Stampin' Connection. I was looking around on there and someone had done a little "doodling". I thought it really fit this stamp set so well that I tried it. Now I know there is no right way to doodle but I always think mine looks funny after I do it. I didn't doodle around the flower panel like the person did but just the grass. It was fun.
