An Autumn Craze

Good morning, everyone! Well, today is the day that my son comes home from his Lake Powell vacation. I know that he had a great time! And I can't wait to see him and hear all the details. I hope there is enough time before he is off to his birthday party... We will have a talk, though. He needs to remember to call his momma!! Or at least text me! My mom used to always say that no news was good news. And I still believe that but it would be good to hear from him. I got my hair cut yesterday and I was telling her about it all and she thought that maybe if he had called me it might have made him more homesick. And that could be true too. So at least text me! Anyway, he will be home today and all will be well!

Today's card was inspired by the new catalog. I got it from page 41. The card in the catalog is a small note card and I enlarged mine to a regular card size. I really like the way this one turned out. And I really love these leaves! I don't know if you can see the greeting but it is from the new hostess set level 3 Occasional Quotes and it says I'm here for you... I love that set! The spritz on the leaf and vanilla piece is the Log Cabin smooch spritz. I really like using that stuff but I forget that I have it. Thanks for stopping by and hang on... The weekend is coming!
