It's Your Day

Good morning everyone! I hope your week is off to a great start! Nick had a soccer scrimmage last night. They did really great! I think that they are ready for the season to officially start! Then the weather turned cold and windy. It rained a little last night and is supposed to again today. I hope so. We really need the moisture! I did get some stamping done yesterday but the pictures I took did not come out good at all! I even took them outside before the weather turned bad. So frustrating! I am going to try again today to see what I can do. 


Today's card was inspired by one I saw on Pintrest. It is very simple and I know my son would love it! He loves green and he is at the age of loving all things fast - lol! I took a piece of Whisper White and stamped the splatter from Extreme Elements in Lucky Limeade. Then I stamped the car from Need for Speed in black StazOn. I also stamped the car on a scrap piece of Whisper White and cut it out. I used the Lucky Limeade marker and gave it some color by highlighting some of the lines in the car. This was popped up onto the stamped car. Then I stamped the greeting from Happiest Birthday Wishes in black StazOn and added two black brads. This panel is popped up onto a card base of Whisper White. Done! Thanks for stopping by and have a super day!
