Yippee Skippee Happy!!

Good morning, Friends! I am SO happy to be on vacation! Woohoo!!! That means I will have more time to do things that make me happy! Yes, I do love my job. And this is one reason to love my job! Christmas break!! We will be leaving for Kansas on Wednesday to have Christmas with my family. I can't wait! Right now my son is taking his Driver's Ed course. He has it for four days and then he can get his permit. Then he has to drive with us for 50 hours. I have to admit: I'm terrified! I just can't believe that he is growing up! Anyway, lots going on and I hope to be able to share with you while it's all happening! I still have a few more gifts to get and wrap and then I am calling it done!

Today's card was one that we made in stamp club this month. I loved the different layout and that I used a color other than white!

  • Card base is Blushing Bride
  • Run a piece of Blushing Bride through the Big Shot using the Arrows embossing folder
  • Cut a piece of Perfect Plum using the Starburst framelits
  • Cut a piece of All Abloom designer paper using the Circles framelits and adhere to starburst shape then adhere to the embossed panel make sure part of the circle hangs over the edge and cut that part off
  • Adhere panel to card with dimensionals
  • Cut a banner from Sahara Sand card stock using the Banners framelits
  • Stamp the greeting from Yippee Skippee onto the banner using Perfect Plum ink and adhere to card with dimensionals
  • Add three frosted sequins to card
Super simple and a great card to mail. Thanks for stopping by and have a super day!
