Good morning everyone! Today is Thursday and that means another fantastic challenge at Create with Connie and Mary! This week they are challenging us with an awesome sketch! I just love sketch challenges! And you can see that this sketch has so many possibilities! Well, I just had to break out my cute little snow dude once again! I thought he (or she) would just be perfect for the little tag part of the sketch. So here is what I came up with...
Another super simple card! I did not use the tag punches because they just were not quite long enough for what I needed. So I had to trim my corners to make the tag. But it really isn't that hard to do (and if you still have the tag corner punch, it makes it even easier ;). The slight hint of a scallop comes from the dotted scallop ribbon border punch. I just love this punch because you can decide how much of it you want to show! For me, I just wanted a "hint". And then I added a little snowflake embellishment using the Northern Frost decorative strip. Love that!! I have so many varieties of snowflakes! As the saying goes, "no two snowflakes are exactly alike" and that is proven on this decorative strip! And my snowflake is not complete without a little "bling"!It is time for you to get creative and see what you can do with this sketch! But don't forget to check out the rest of the design team for even more wonderful inspiration! You will find their fantastic projects at Create with Connie and Mary! I can't wait to see what you all come up with!
