Good morning, Friends! Ready for a great weekend? We are getting ready to leave for the eastern slope once again. This time Nick plays just one game. But afterwards, Nick and Pat get to go to a Rockies game! Woohoo for them and boohoo for me! Just a guys night out. I will drop them off and then head to our hotel. So I get a quiet evening in the hotel and will hopefully get to watch it on t.v.! This is the last league game for the soccer season. I sure do hope they play their best!
Today's card was inspired by the sketch at iSpy. An easy sketch for a quick and simple card. I started with a card base of Whisper White and adhered three strips of Bashful Blue card stock that were run through the Big Shot with the Stripes embossing folder. I stamped the twirly words from Flight of the Butterfly in Pacific Point onto Whisper White. This is adhered to a piece of Pacific Point and then popped up onto the card. I stamped the solid part of the butterfly in Bashful Blue onto a scrap of Whisper White and then the flower part was stamped on top in Pacific point. I cut the butterfly out and used my white gel pen to color the flower centers before popping it up onto the card. The last bit was to add a flower that was punched from Pacific Point with the itty bitty shapes punch pack and a rhinestone. Thanks for stopping by and have a super day!
