CCMC 215

Good morning, Friends! I'm excited to bring you this week's challenge from the ladies at Create with Connie and Mary! This week they are providing us with a sketch. Take a look!

I am loving this sketch!!! So clean. So simple. So my style - lol!! And here is what I came up with!

I took a piece of Soft Suede card stock and rounded the top left hand corner with the 1" circle punch. I like how you can round the corners with circle punches to give a different look! This is adhered to the card base of Pool Party. Then I took a piece of Calypso Coral designer paper and flagged the bottom before adhering it to the card. I rounded the bottom right hand corner of a piece of Very Vanilla with the 1" circle punch and stamped the sentiment from Sweet Essentials in Soft  Suede. Then I popped it up on the card. I punched a 2 3/8" scallop circle from Pool Party and pierced each scallop before popping this up on the card. Then I stamped the image from Serene Silhouettes in Pool Party and cut it out. I adhered this to a circle of Calypso Coral that was punched with the 1 3/4" circle punch. This is popped up onto the scallop circle. Then I added small pearls to the flower centers.

Please visit the Create with Connie and Mary website for more inspiration from the other talented designers! I hope that you will be able to play along with us this week!
